I'm glad a coworker introduced us as my apartment lease was about to end and I was really hard pressed for a new home. Kim was able to provide many options for financing and other programs to assist in the home buying process. Kim Walker, where do I begin? Just referring to her as a real estate agent, I feel would be unfair to the quality she gives in her profession. Mrs. Walker from the very beginning reassured us that she would get me and my family into a beautiful home. At times I felt that maybe she took on a little more than she thought, being that my credit scores weren’t the best. I knew that she would face challenges. She informed us that we should be prepared to possibly applying for 2 or 3 different homes. No surprises, like I said from the very beginning. I had gotten a little discouraged after the first denial. Mrs. Walker just said John, there’s better waiting. She was absolutely right! Mrs. Walkers persistence, consistency and honesty is so heart warming. She easily becomes part of your family. I couldn’t thank her enough for all her efforts. We love our home!!

A friend of mine gave me Kim Walker’s information and I decided to give Kim a call. The moment I reached out to now, I felt a connection to her immediately( I don’t generally do that). She was extremely patient with me and very kind; I genuinely believed I was not just “another client”. It was about 2 years when I decided how I wanted to proceed. I know a lot of realtors and could have chosen any of them but Kim was the first and only choice in my mind. I decided to sell my home and Kim was there guiding me through the process, making sure I secured another place and my interest were being communicated to all parties involved.
