Charbonneau Park, is more commonly known at the “Growing up Strong: Kids and Trees” project area. Hodgkins Park is the home to a large covered pavilion with its large grill for outdoor cooking and a playground just across a footbridge. The new Lake Worth Veterans Memorial Park was dedicated in 2013 to the Veterans of our United States Military.

The city offers its own retail and dining options with two new shopping centers opened within the past ten years offering than 1 million square feet of retail space. Its residents are served by the Lake Worth Independent School District.
